Monitor
Typically this role is required by a 3rd party to the construction
works such as a landlord, funding body etc. Although the 3rd party
does not have a direct contractual link there is an interest in
the way the project is procured and the role of the Project Monitor
will act as a reporting tool to ensure funds are being expended
correctly, progress is being made and the interests of the 3rd
party are being respected.
