Lingfield Park, Marriott Hotel & Country Club
As Employers Agent on this 116 bed new build Marriott Hotel on
Lingfield
Park Racecourse, Mark Hopkins (whilst
Mark was working with Quantem Consulting LLP) was responsible
for the contract administration as well as assisting and advising
the owner, Arena Leisure Plc as Employers Agent. The
project was procured under a design & build contract allowing
an early start on site date. Co-ordination between Arena
Leisure Plc, Kier Southern, Marriott Hotel and the Racecourse
management team ensured the successful official opening of
the Hotel in June 2010
